Terms of Service
The baseline terms for project, hosting, and support engagements.
Scope of services
Services may include website development, managed hosting, business email setup, maintenance, and system automation. Final deliverables and timelines are confirmed in written proposals or agreements.
Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access to required accounts, servers, domains, and assets.
- Review deliverables and provide clear feedback within agreed timelines.
- Maintain active payment status for recurring hosting, support, or maintenance services.
Payments and billing
Project milestones, recurring fees, and billing schedules are defined per engagement. Work may be paused for overdue payments until balances are settled.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Upon full payment for project work, ownership of approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
Both parties are expected to protect confidential information and use it only for authorized service delivery.
Support and limitations
Support response windows and backup practices are outlined on the Security and Reliability page and may vary per plan.
While best practices are followed, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed due to third-party outages, force majeure events, or client-side changes outside agreed scope.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to agreed notice periods. Completed and billable work up to termination date remains payable.
